About the Role:
As a Laboratory Technician, you’ll support daily lab operations and assist in experimental workflows. From prepping samples to maintaining lab equipment, your work will help drive real scientific progress. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who enjoys getting into the details and keeping things running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing, labeling, and organizing samples for testing

Running routine assays and lab experiments

Accurately recording and analyzing data using lab information systems

Sterilizing and maintaining lab equipment and workspaces

Monitoring inventory and reordering supplies as needed

Following safety and quality control procedures with precision

Assisting with equipment calibration and troubleshooting

Collaborating with scientists, researchers, and QA staff
What We’re Looking For:

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field

Prior lab experience (academic or industry), especially in microbiology or molecular biology

Familiarity with:

Plasmid transformation, subcloning, and protein expression in E. coli
-
Centrifuges, PCR machines, spectrophotometers, and bioreactors
-
Techniques like gel electrophoresis (agarose & SDS-PAGE) and DNA sequencing
-

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow SOPs
-
Good organizational and time management skills
-
Comfortable using spreadsheets, lab software, and digital lab notebooks (LIMS or ELN experience a plus)
Bonus Points For:

Experience with molecular biology or DNA sequencing software

A solid understanding of lab safety protocols
